1.You must be in Group of the MLSIA.

2.Must be "Citizen" rank or upper on the group.

3.Not already submit a vote

4.Not blacklisted/joining blacklisted group

To become Citizen of MLSIA, please apply in Discord

Anyone who not follow the rules, their vote will count as invalid
